  • Your customer service department is the absolute worst . They are rude and condescending , clueless and I am referring to the furniture customer service department and their delivery department which is contracted by J.C Penny and the riffraff they hire to come into folks home to deliver furniture because they damage your furniture , even after you move it out of their way , they still find a way to do damage in your home one way or another , if these two come to your house a older Hispanic Gentleman and a young Black man in his mid or late twenties with red dreadlocks do not not let them in because they are so unprofessional on many levels because both times they have done damage and are clueless afterwards. i moved my old mattress set from my bedroom all by myself and down the stairs and into the garage all by myself and i did not do any damage to the walls or furniture but these two idiot come in and do damage .So what does that ell you about their delivery service ..
