  • We have been loyal costumers of Pho Linh for the past 2 years; we come here almost once a week and it never fails to deliver the best pho and beef stew noodle soup (i don't remember the exact name but it's a weekday only special) in Toronto. I decided to finally write a review after experiencing the frustration of not being able to find a equally good Vietnamese restaurant in The Bay area in the US. Really have to appreciate Pho Linh for its consistent cheap and amazing Vietnamese food! Didn't know I would miss it so much until I can no longer have it! :(
