  • Very disappointing service. The car had multiple service lights flicker on and off throughout our trip - check engine, tire pressure warning, etc. When we called enterprise, they offered us a tow truck but said we needed to find our own transportation to another dealer to get a new car. We were vacationing in the Grand Canyon and options for "another dealer" were slim. When we finally returned the car, we received a $50 discount. Unfortunately, Enterprise erroneously charged me both the actual cost of the rental PLUS a second transaction that amounted to the difference between the rental cost and the "hold cost" on my credit card. My bank handled the rest. Will never use Enterprise again.
