  • They cancelled our appointment for a couples massage (which was scheduled almost 2 months in advance-for our anniversary) ONE HOUR before we were supposed to come in. And they soonest they could reschedule us was another month later. Seriously don't even waste your time. It's next to impossible to get an appointment. Thanks for ruining our day!
