  • My flight has been pushed back a second time because the pilots are delayed. Not the plane, not the crew but the pilots who are on a different flight than the plane. You would think the company would inconvenience 2-3 pilots or have some on call instead of inconvenience an entire flight of paying customers. Now connecting flights are being missed, hotels booked and re-routing clients. I have work in the morning. A later flight has become a complete disaster. United has fallen so far.
