  • Passed by this place one day an decided to come in for a manipedi and waxing. I called in beforehand to ask if they accepted credit, and the girl who picked up said yes. When I arrived the first thing I noticed was that there was no airconditioning on during a hot summer day, and I almost turned right back out. But I badly needed to get my nails done for a date later that night, so I stayed because the reviews I read about the place might make it worth bearing the heat. The lady doing my pedi was very nice and professional and she really took care to pamper and clean my feet. But then she had to go because her shift was over. One of her co-workers will take over, she informed me. I expected her colleagues to be of the same manner, but I was proven wrong. The mani was rushed and sloppy, and the lady was eating at the mani table while my nails were drying. And then when I went to pay, they took longer than 5 mins to ring me up a total, and said they can only take cash or debit, when I sepcifically asked beforehand if they accepted credit! Then when I got home, I noticed that the waxing on my legs was poorly done as well as I had patches of hair still left over that I had to fix myself! I honestly do not know how they have gotten such high reviews, or how people said that they have a clean environment when there were at least 3 flies buzzing around because of the open doors and windows. Yuck! Total disappointment. Money wasted!
