  • Unlike some of the other reviews, my experience at Gates (West Beltline location) was exceptional. My vehicle had damage to the area around and including the front left bumper. The work was well done and Gates' coordination with my insurance company was great. My vehicle was ready earlier than anticipated. They also - free of charge - touched up some scratches on the rear left bumper. They provided a loaner car through Enterprise, and coordination was seamless. I did not receive annoying requests to review the work they did (someone else reported in Yelp about having that problem, but I did not). They did a great job repairing my fairly new vehicle (a 2016), and I felt that they were honest and above-board.
