  • BEWARE::: if you are cancelling your reservation within the 72 hour timeframe that's CLEARLY stated on the website, they will NOT refund you your money! I've booked with great boat rentals in Lake Norman in the past (Aqua-ventures, CS Rentals, Salt Shaker Marine, just to name few) and have been very pleased and satisfied with their services. I highly suggest you contact one of those companies because this company will get over on you! I had a Saturday reservation and called on Tuesday to cancel it. I was told there aren't any cancellations, and I only can "postpone" for a later date. None of this was said to me prior to booking NOR is it on the website. 10 thumbs down!
