  • ***UPDATE*** In the few days since I left my honest review about MY experience I have received 2 private messages from Anthony, 1 asking me to change my review and the second threatening me. YMMV, but I would carefully consider giving this company your business. SCAM!!! I picked 2 $30 services - 1 of which was the "deluxe" pedi, was handed a menu and told to pick the "flavor" I wanted, etc. I even asked directly which one was for the "deluxe" pedi and was told they were all the same. Welp, got to the counter and was charged $15 more than what I told them I wanted because they had apparently given me a "different deluxe" menu. Are you kidding me?? I was then told that they had several different deluxe items. I told them they need to change the names of their menu items! I mean, only ONE item on their menu has the word "deluxe" written into it, the other upcharged ones do not. It's a con, plain & simple, and seems to be practiced by every nail salon in Vegas. I think I'll just start doing my own, I'm over these so called business practices. Buyer beware!! In response to Anthony: You are bold faced lying about what happened. Before I ever sat down at any of your chairs I asked CINDY (ultimately the woman who conned me) several questions about the different offerings on the menu IN DETAIL and I settled on the 2 $30 services. Why on earth would you hand me a different menu less than a minute later and tell me to pick the "flavor" I want if it wasn't what I originally asked for?? She did it to scam me. Instead of taking out your anger on me, the conned customer, why don't you talk to your employees about how they represent you and your business practices? This all would have been avoided if she simply would have said when she handed me A DIFFERENT MENU, that it was an up sale from what I originally agreed upon. At that point I would have declined and prob would have left a happy customer. I refuse to allow you to make me feel bad because you won't accept that I was conned by one of your employees. You earned this bad review all on your own.
