  • Called Avondale Nissan in a total panic while driving in from Lake Havasu City in my sons Nissan Altima and having car issues while it was 110 degrees. Fortunately Michael Merrel answered the phone and saved the day! We got a rental car and carried on our way. Michael called us back to give us good news and bad news. Bad news the transmission was history. Good news is Nissan is covering it 100%. Amen thank you for the great customer service Michael!!!
