  • The MOST, the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ANYWHERE. I just dropped off my Jeep and I was going to catch an UBER home and they did not let me leave! Phil said We going to take you home. I was blown away! What shop ever does that? None! I had my daughter with me and her eye was hurting so they helped with a wet paper towel to cover her eye. They paid more attention to my daughter and her eye rather than checking me in. Now, I don't know about you but, that's impressive. Just good people there! I haven't picked up my jeep yet but, I am confident that this will be a good choice I made to go to KENS TRANSMISSIONS. I will update after I pick up my car in couple days! KEN welcomed up like if we were family.
