rev:text	To start off, I pulled up their information online, and their hours were listed as closing at 6:00. It was already past 6:30, but I figured I would call anyway, because sometimes online hours are not correct. They did close at 6:00, but Chris took the time to answer anyway, and not only that, he took the time to look up my tires, verify that they were in stock, and offered to reserve them for me (after hours). I went in the next day to get them installed. As soon as I walked in, I'm greeted by everyone that is working, even though they were all busy. Once checked in, I left for a while, and I received a call from Josh. He said that the tires originally quoted were not the right size, but he was upgrading me to another tire and taking care of the cost. I got back early, and noticed that every customer got that same type of service. I've seen a few negative reviews here, but being in customer service myself, I'll just say, everyone has an off day. I'll be back for sure.
