  • When I first moved to Vegas, we rented a home managed by Sunburst Property Management. If you don't need anything, they give minimum effort. If you need anything, they treat you like you're an inconvenience. I dealt with Michelle and Bonnie. Of the two, Michelle was the least rude. I called twice in one week for a broken AC in the middle of July. The owner was stingy with repairs and I was going to offer to pay for repairs and just deduct it from the rent. Bonnie already tuned me out and told me she'd let me know when the owner makes a decision. Then she hung up on me. Didn't even say "Good-bye.".
