  • Great staff, very knowledgable. I love the bike I bought (Brodie) and every time I've had an issue they're always quick to fix it and help me understand my bike. You pay a bit more here for nearly everything, but you get it back (and more) in great customer service. I highly recommend Switchback to all my friends.
