rev:text	I usually come here and get my oil changes with no exceptional service that I can remember. But I came about 30 min before close a couple weeks ago, and I did not expect the service to be any different before closing, but it was--significantly. When I stopped in to get my oil change the other day, they also recommended that I get the fuel system cleaned because they were having a deal for $10 off the original so it came to about $19.95. I agreed to it since I had the extra money to spend and I have no idea when it comes to car things. When I was there, I figured I'd get my smog checked too. I just do what needs to be done and since the tech recommended it, I went and did it. They finished my car in about 15 min (obviously really rushing all of those tasks) saying that it was a long day. He went through the obvious things with me just as a summary of the things they did (as they normally do) and gave me the total price without the discount but also mentioned that I would get the $10 off when he rung me up. When he rung me up he said he passed me for my smog test even though he should have failed me because my gas cap lid was broken (I bought the replacement but forgot to change it before the oil change/smog). Since he told me that I was happy so I tipped him $10 bucks. I didn't realize it until the next day that the $10 for the fuel system cleaning was never taken off of the original bill. I live far from that location so I wasn't able to make the trip back.
