  • Surprisingly not too shabby! Another Dinner for two under $40 is a win for me and the BF. (Especially when I like to try everything) This was me and my boyfriends first time here. The waitress will seat you. Around the Restuarant they have bowls to show the sizes you can choose from. Small, medium and large. Your server then brings over the 3 sizes of metal bowls. You then choose your size and explains what you need to do when you choose your meats, veggies and sauces. Our waitress also advised us that we should stack our meats and veggies as high as we can in the bowls. We chose the medium size bowls. However, I made my decision based on the metal bowls because they looked smaller and thought to myself like girl you're still going to be hungry. Lol. And also thinking that the meat and veggies will shrink, right? But that was why I picked my bowl. Next you take your bowls to where you pick what you want in your stir fry. For the meats there were a variety of them. Some seasoned and unseasoned Chicken, beef, pork, seafood. After the meats comes the dry seasonings. Anywhere from the usual salt, pepper, garlic to Cheyenne there was quit a few spices. Then you choose your veggies cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, zucchini, broccoli to name a few then lastly you will top all that off with the sauces. They had at least 6 different sauces if I'm not mistaken. Once you choose your sauce, you then take it to the next counter where you can choose your starch which is noodles, white or brown rice. Then they cook your food on this huge round grill. Head to your seat and your waiter brings you your food. Before I end this, they have a pretty big drink menu and they looked yummy! They do have a bar as well, so you can order a nice little cocktail or beer. And if you don't want that you can grab yourself nice fruity Fresca (we got the raspberry/mandarin Fresca) they have flavored teas or the fountain drink which is that cool coke machine where you can customize your drinks as well. Btw, their non-alcohol drinks like the Fresca is refillable, Yay! All in all it was good food because you get to pick what you want. The bowls are not too pricey. I will say, I underestimated those metal bowls because after you stack the meats and veggies then add noodles and rice the portions were HUGE for me. So I'll opt for the small next time. And another thing that they failed to mention is to not go crazy with the spices and sauces. Keep it simple because you'll end up with a big ol' salty mess. I learned that from another review and I'm glad I read it because you can easily make this the worst experience if you get a little sauce crazy!
