  • The staff was really nice but my problem was that the ironing board was so filthy and it was broken. The iron smelled burnt when I turned it on and just to let you know there are very limited outlets so I had to squeeze between the two beds. When I showed it to the cleaning staff, she changed it right away which was so nice of them. I mean right away! Another problem I had was the leaky sink. My friend and I told them about it right after showing them the ironing board exchange and she said she will let them know about the sink and send maintenance later. They knew about the leaky sink because they put a basin under the sink, it leaked so much that it collected at least an inch of water in that medium basin. They did fix it but why do we have to say something about it when they already knew about the leak? Overall the experience is good and the place is cheap. The AC was amazing and the location was not bad at all. A 7 mins walk to St. Lawrence Market and it is near a beautiful park. Watch out for the drunks and the crazy Bible lady at the park.
