  • Joe from Hometown Rooter came first thing in the morning as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it in the same day. The prior plumbing company sent from our home warranty never checked the basement drain and suggested we had to get a restoration company to open our kitchen ceiling. I knew that was ridiculous and it was confirmed when Hometown Rooter then came, from home warranty as well, and saw that the issue of our sink and washer was coming from basement drain. He cleaned the sink afterwards and left basement and kitchen area clean. Impressed and very professional.
