  • The purpose for visiting was to get a massage that was given to me as a gift, and I can say that the 55 min massage experience was great. Tracy was an amazing therapist with great pressure, fluid movements, and attention to detail. THANK YOU! The reduced rating comes from the receptionists argument with a client in the lobby about how they can or cannot cancel, etc. Then, in the same wait period the receptionist answered the phone twice, both times explaining to callers how the cancellation process works. Why so many people cancelling? Finally, after having an amazing massage and enjoying my 1 time gift I walked out of the massage room super relaxed and was hit with a 5 minute high pressure sales pitch. This really killed the relaxed vibe.
