  • Yesterday I had another company come out to diagnose my air conditioner problem & they quoted me over $2000. I felt something wasn't right so I called Aire Serv. First, lets talk about the person who answered the phone. Her name was either Mya or Myra...she was so nice! She took time to explain things to me & then when the tech was running late she called me with plenty of notice to tell me. She even offered to reschedule the service. Josh was my tech that came out & he too was so friendly & nice. He immediately noticed something wasn't right (the prior tech didn't even put back whatever he took apart in my attic!) Josh was able to figure out the problem & my total was almost $2000 less than what Goettl wanted to charge me! I highly recommend Aire Serv & Josh!!!
