  • I think the agents try to fool the customers. I was told that I will not have to pay the transfer fees (15$), if I take the basic cable package. I told them I do not have the television and do not need cable offer. The agent replied to take the package and cancel it and this way I can save the transfer fees. Today I got my bill, with 15$ transfer fees included. I called the customer care and the second representative said that there is no such offer and I will have to pay $15. Keep the monoply, rates high etc ... but atleast do not cheat the customers
