I've been ordering POWER LIFT shake at the juice bar. It is simply the most delicious shake I've ever had. I tried making this at home but doesn't come out the same like LVAC. The recipe is blueberries, banana, apple juice, non-fat yogurt (LVAC use the same one) and a scoop of protein powder. But mine doesn't even come near the way LVAC does it. It taste ok but I prefer theirs. DOES ANYONE KNOW THEIR SECRET? If you do, please share how to make it. I love their Power Lift! The best!
