  • Aspen Dental seems to just rush their patients through. They tell them whatever they can to get the most money out of them. They do not seem to even slightly care about the actual needs of the patients. I went and got a deep cleaning which I know I need and that was fine. However, I told the dentist about this one specific tooth that hurts. He couldn't find a cavity and told me it's fine probably just allergies causing tooth aches. I went back a few months later because the pain had gotten so bad, there was now bleeding, and my gum up above the tooth was swollen. The dentist took another xray of my tooth and said everything is fine except a teeny cavity. He felt my mouth and said there was no swelling. He insisted everything was fine. I told him I did not want him to fill my cavity and I just wanted to leave. The next day I go to Risas Dental and come to find out I have an infection in that tooth and need a root canal. Dr Miller there noticed my swelling near my roots and took a better xray and found the infection. Aspen wants nothing more than an quick fix and to move you along. Terrible place. The cleaning lady was great that's the only reason they get 2 stars!!! Otherwise STAY AWAY!!!
