I had my blood drawn at this location on Sept. 7, 2017. The receptionist took my insurance cards and my ID and copied them. Yesterday in the mail I received a notice from my previous insurance company that the claim was denied. I haven't had that insurance company for nearly two years. Whoever does the billing totally ignored the fact that I have new insurance coverage now and billed the old company. I tried to call Quest to resolve this over the phone, but all I could get was recorded questions and directions. Could not speak to a human being. So now I have to go to the lab and personally try to resolve this issue. Very disappointed.
