| - Worst experience I've had today in Petsmart, as I was checking out, I was in cashier 2 waiting in line to pay, then I saw cashier 1 was open so I went there, was told by Cashier "Cherra" to go to cashier 3 since she will be opening that cashier next, I lost my spot went to cashier 3, Cashier Cherra told us she will no longer be opening cashier 3 and to go back to cashier 1, when I went to cashier 1, there was already 2 customers ready to pay as well, Cherra did not bother to let the customers ahead of us know that she was about to help us rather made us lose our spot again, we went back to Cashier #2 with a different employee waited in line, when it was our turn to pay was told by THAT employee that she is closing the cashier, we told her it was already our 3rd time waiting in line, cashier #2 seem to not give any care, I ended up having to make line once again to cashier #1, which that employee Cherra had a horrible look in her face like she hated her job. Felt very uncomfortable and will go somewhere else for now on, even though I've been coming here for years now.
