  • In the past I've had good visits. I felt my appointments were thorough and professional. But today was the worst cleaning I've ever had. I waited 30 minutes in the dental chair before anyone saw me. They had no hygienists working and only one dentist. The dentist was very rushed and very rough. Plus he kept making "jokes" which were weird and made me uncomfortable. Not to mention he told me "this is gonna be a little tortuous" before he started. WHO SAYS THAT? People are already afraid of dentists, why would you make it WORSE?! When he was finishing up, he spilled water all down my back. Little pieces of floss were left in my teeth. My face was also covered in toothpaste and blood when I left the office (didn't know this until I checked the mirror in my car). Very unhappy!!!
