  • They wasted my time just like "Erin M", promises not kept. All i was looking for was a plan for my front yard, a tree in my backyard, and some brush hauled away. Guy named Matthew comes over and we spend a half an hour talking about it, and he tells me I'll have an estimate the following Thursday. Thursday comes and goes, and nobody calls me or e-mails me. I call him back Friday and then he tells me "the estimating people are backed up, we'll have it to you Wednesday'. That Wednesday comes and goes, and nobody calls or e-mail. Today it's Friday, so I call and he's not there but some guy in the office (seems very corporate, said 'nobody is there in that division') tells me 'we'll get you the estimate soon'. I'm moving on. If this is the kind of service you get when you are trying to give them work, I can only imagine what the rest of the experience is like. Moving on.
