  • I used The Pigeon Guy to power wash the roof and install some anti-nesting barriers, which they did efficiently and for a reasonable price. They did however leave some debris behind on the roof from the mesh and spray paint can lids on the ground. The products installed appear to be installed correctly and have not been breached by the pigeons. Some time later the pigeons were still open roosting on the roof. On this call to the Pigeon Guy they were less helpful in returning phone calls without being provided an explicit statement of work as I had done previously. They did send a tech who was unable to recommend a next step in the effort to keep them off the roof. After explaining the situation again to them on the phone, they agreed to send the technician back to evaluate the problem. They did not call me back as promised or give any indication that he actually did look at the house when I followed up. Luckily a hawk has moved in to the neighborhood and has begun picking off the pigeons. I shall let nature take its course.
