  • Nice and convenient location, but I have no reason to come here unless it's for movie-buying/browsing here and there or the occasional computer item purchase. I do like that they price match. - That's awesome. Often times I'll go on Amazon's website and price match with that because they seem to be the cheapest. This is probably where the good stops for me. Here are my issues with Future shop: 1. NOT ENOUGH STAFF. This is my biggest problem with shopping here. I went to the Geek Squad area to get my computer fixed and each time I came in I had to wait at least 20 minutes. There needs to be more than one person serving people at the counter. There are other workers inside the employee area fixing computers, but they need others designated to helping customers at the front. It sucks waiting so long each time. One customer takes FOREVER. Aside from Geek Squad, the store doesn't seem to be that busy unless it's Black Friday or Boxing Week. Somehow, I still have to wait a long time if I'm looking for something in the movie section. There needs to be more than one person in this section too. 2. Selection for music isn't great They never really have what I'm looking for. Their selection seems to cater to the mainstream radio stuff mostly. 3. Overpriced for a lot of the merchandise. (but again, they price match. It certainly saves me a trip from going elsewhere or waiting for an online order to ship to me.)
