rev:text	SHAME!! Ontrac recently lost two of my orders from amazon. They "lost" them. Really Ontrac two in a row? Basicially the packages arrived at the distribution facility near my house and somehow between there and my home they were lost. I see the same complaint from 100's of people online. This business deserves to go out of business-- if it even is a legitimate business which it is probably not. I will boycott any business that uses them.
