  • Posted on behalf of my brother, Kyle, regarding our recent experience with this company: "This company failed to deliver the agreed upon services for my son's birthday party and has since ignored my request for a partial refund, or, at the very least, an explanation. I requested two Star Wars characters for my son's 6th birthday party. I was told that the service I paid for included: 1) Jedi and Vader fight performance, 2) supply kids with lightsabers to participate, and 3) face painting. As to what actually happened on the day of my son's party, 1) the performance was extremely disorganized, late, abbreviated, and sloppy. It did not last nearly 35 minutes as advertised, 2) they did not even check to see if the light sabers that they brought for the children had batteries in them and were functional. 3) they "forgot" to bring their face painting materials so were unable to provide that service at all. When I addressed my concerns with the performers at the end of the party, they advised me several times that their "boss" would be in contact with me to rectify the situation. I never received a phone call, text or email from anyone at this company. When I attempted to contact them myself through the broker, I was told by the broker, "Jason", that he would look into the situation and get back to me within "24-48 hours." It's now been 4-days, and Jason has not returned my call, and is ignoring all subsequent emails. The owner of this company, has still not been in contact with me at all either. Last year I hired Avengers performers, and the year before I hired Disney characters, and that grants me perspective with regard to the quality of this type of product. Without a doubt, the services from past years were far, far superior to what was delivered by this company. Additionally, the owner, and the broker's, complete lack of concern with regard to addressing this with me, the customer, speaks further to the overall quality of either the management, the company as a whole, or both. I would certainly never recommend this company to anyone! Why take the chance of disappointing your child on their birthday when there are so many other wonderful, professional companies in town!"
