This is the slowest Autozone I've ever been in. Actually the customer service is not all that bad when they finally notice your there, but it could be better. Today, for example, I went in and stood by the counter waiting for help. I notice one guy attending to a customer behind the first register so he couldn't see me. Then I notice another guy stocking the shelves right there behind me: did he ever look around? No. Was he aware of his surroundings? No. Did he hear the "ding" when I came through the door? I think not. Finally, after too much time later he notices, turns around and that great customer service kicks in. The problem I have with this Autozone is it seems like it's too many customers for the staff. Long lines. Long wait and it's seems a though they can't come from the back to check someone out. Another time I went in and it was like deserted like a zombie apocalypse or something. I had to literally call out for someone. Can't hear the "ding" in the back I guess.
