  • Staff was friendly and not anywhere near as predatory as other dealerships I've been to. They were able to meet me where I was financially on a car I had my eyes on, which was nice because my budget was small enough to laugh at. They weren't pushy about going through their own financing and any other options I wasn't interested in. They took me seriously when I said say no. The only negative things I had happen to me was the brake lights weren't working on the car I bought and I didn't notice until I got home. I probably should have checked that prior to buying it, and so should they have. It's an easy and cheap fix though so not a big deal. They also didn't like taking about Kelly blue book values of cars, even though they have Kelly blue book awards and trophies in their lobby. Overall, a good experience. I needed a used car in a certain price range that worked and that's what I got.
