  • Totally exceeded all my expectations! I called at least ten different options before I decided on this company and each one of them left a bad taste in my mouth based on phone conversation and yelp reviews. We decided on this company because they were affordable and people seemed pleased with them. Even still, I was expecting some know it all guy to come over and talk down to me and try to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary equipment then rush out of our house once we signed the contract. Jim could not have been more pleasant. We had a burglary recently and he was so patient on listening to what we wanted and even offered some great advice on how to deter robbers in the future that didn't involve selling us anything. The installation guy (I forget his name, sorry!) came over the next day within the promised time frame and he was just as polite and answered a million questions without being annoyed but actually wanting to take the time and hear what we had to say. The icing on the cake was when we had a question later that night which was after their operating hours; Jim not only texted back within two minutes but he had one of his techs call us literally one minute later who was just as nice and patient! I know some of the complaints with bigger companies is that they're on hold forever than don't receive any sort of resolution for days or even months but I have a feeling we won't have this problem with jpg. Keep up the good work guys!
