I was a customer for over six years. I recently moved and turned off my service while my home was put on the market. One week later my home was broken into. Luckily the property was empty. I called ADT to see if they could turn the alarm back on while the house was on the market, as it had just been deactivated a week ago after six years of service. I was told to call back during M-F and the loyalty department could turn on for me. I called today and was told they could not turn back on unless I signed a three year contract. Thanks so much ADT.
During my time having ADT I had problems with the sensors falling off the wall and had to tape back up myself to avoid a pricey "repair fee".
