  • Had a great buying experience here for a CX-9. Started through email working out some preliminary info and availability, ended up in the dealership with Chad and Mike the sales manager. Chad was great at explaining all aspects of the car and the negotiation process with Mike was simple and painless. When we were getting ready to drive home, we noticed a small chip/dent on the door. It was taken care of right away by Tim in service. Chad has been following up to make sure we were happy throughout the whole process. Thanks guys!
