  • This place is absolutely awful. I've been to la Quintas before and they were relatively nice and clean. I am here with my family and I am disgusted with the staff and the room. The exterior is filthy and walking through the parking structure into the building is nasty. Weird smells dirty walls, I didn't want to touch the elevator buttons or door knobs. The room was filthy. The bathroom floor needed to be swept and the edges of the room have not seen a vacuum in a while. The most disgusting thing was the room phone! It was sticky and had crusted pieces of what I hope is food. I'm supposed to put this thing to my face to talk??? Gross! The staff was rude. During the breakfast buffet, a lady was in the middle of making waffles when the breakfast lady took the waffle batter away! It was so rude! I know that they have to cut the buffet off at some point but really?? She didn't even say sorry or excuse me. I am never coming back to this sorry excuse for a hotel.
