  • So I have been going here for about 3 months now. I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years straight ( I know, probly not good for my nails ) Anyway, we moved to this area a few months ago and I kept going back because it is very close to my house. Each time I went there I witnessed the techs doing what I am sure they are encouraged to do....UPCHARGE for gel polish. Each time I have been there I noticed if a customer did not do gel polish, the techs would almost shame you into purchasing the $10 up charge . I think their customer service is Lacking. Also, every tech I have had has been very rough with the nail file. Not my favorite place to get my nails done for sure.
