I've golfed this course twice this winter (maybe I am flying to Las Vegas too much???). It's an old school layout that is a blast to play. From tee box to green I thought it was better than fine. Greens, albeit winter conditions were a bit slow but certainly readable.
Folks working the course were great and knew how to cater to dudes dragging their clubs and shoes from airports and casinos. Thank you for all the help there. Club house drinks were great and reasonable too (did not dine).
One major plus that blew me away? Their military discount. Golf prices spike big time in Vegas on special occasions and Super Bowl Weekend is one of those. They honored their military rate when I whipped out the "Retired Army" ID card. Thank you to management for this!
Others have wrote about the sad housing that rings the course. I LOVE it. It's a blast from the late 50's to the 70's and one gets to check out some cribs falling to pieces and others that are vintage Las Vegas masterpieces.
I will play there every time I can get to Sin City.....
