I'm happy with my blinds and the service I received durning the consolation and up to installation . However once blinds were put up I was told one was missing and one of my windows had not been previously added . Still was happy because the installer told me we can probably do a swap since I didn't care about having my master bathroom window done . I was told they would reach out within a couple of days to let me know when I should expect my one entry top window shade . No calls No follow up nothing , still I called and they told me order was place and I would receive blind within 5-7 days . Two weeks and I get nothing , now I'm pissed . I called to her clarification everyone seemed confused and to top it off the guy that did the consultation calls me to pretty much argue about what he did not do wrong . I was upset he would even call me to ask why I was complaining. First I was not complaining. I was trying to clear up the miscommunication we had . I never said he made a mistake nor did I imply any wrong doing on his part . They originally were ok with swapping the blinds since the master bathroom was never order and I prefer to get another window done . Till this day I still waiting on my ONE blind . It's been a month now and I'm can't get a straight answer . What I thought at first was a great choice now I regret and wish I would've never done business with this company . I have been harassed and lie to which is not what I expected especially reading other reviews.
