Saw an item online I wanted to purchase. Wanted to do the free pick up at store feature online however wasn't working. I called the store and expressed that I lived far and wanted to confirm they had the item prior to driving all the way down there. I was told they had a few left but wouldn't be able to hold the item. They weren't willing to help. Spoke to manager and got the same scripted answer. I then was transferred to front desk who said I don't know why it wont work sorry. I asked for an exception to be made (not my fault the online "faster check out" feature wasn't working. I was put on hold and when she came back on the phone she thought she had muted the call however she didn't and I could hear her speaking about ME to her fellow co worker talking poorly of me and the situation. I am super upset and have had nothing but trouble in the last few months shopping at target! Time to find a new place to shop and give my business and money to. It just blows my mind that a paying customer trying to buy an item gets refused.
