  • I have exhausted my sources to find an apartment in my price range. I checked a few places, and they are at my upper limit. I called Sinmar to see if they might know of unadvertised specials or places I may have overlooked. Not only did they overlook places I had found (maybe they are not on their commission list) now I have to pay for two credit checks and background fees. I just don't get it...Now if there had been an upgrade or new information, I can see why. I just drove all over town (he said he'd follow me in my car) for what? If anyone can enlight me and other yelpers, please do.
