I have to change my review, the customer service is strong here and Alana and Brandy have gone out of their way too satisfy my needs; however the lack of transparency is disturbing.
I feel my car is an endless money pit, I'm very disappointed in my most recent experience with the service in the shop. Again I want to reiterate Alana and Brandy were very helpful, but I'm tired of spending money on this car and I should have never been told that my car was "perfect" only to find out it needs $500 worth of repairs two weeks later.
I feel as if I was taken advantage of, I'm now out over $800 on a car that I have no faith in.
This is a dealership not some random mechanic, they should really hold themselves to a higher standard.
Hopefully my next experience with Subaru will be better, time will tell.
