  • My friend and I were looking for a place to sit outside and partake in some drinks before meeting up with some family members of my friend. So we wandered out of our room and went downstairs to Rhumbar around 5PM on a Tuesday. The place was a mess. Empty glasses and bottles everywhere, every cushion on the chairs looked as though they hadn't been wiped off all day and were full of leaves, debris, etc.. The entire place just looked disheveled and so did the 2 cocktail waitresses. Took about 10 minutes before one of them came over to take our drink order. The drinks took forever to get...I ordered the Mango Madness that was suppose to come with whipped cream and garnished with a pineapple, but that didn't happen. It took her forever to come back and check on us, another wait to get our check and she told me it would take her longer to do cash than a credit card (why because you would have to do basic math?) so she suggested paying with card. When still took longer than a normal cocktail server would take. Definitely will not be going back. They offer Hookah also. People around us had ordered Hookah and the guy who was in charge of it had his shit together compared to the cocktail waitresses.
