  • I have a "money pit" for an X5 and I haven't owned it a year. BMW Scottsdale replaced the entire coolant system; Desert handled the rest of the major work. My service advisor Bill kept me beyond informed & he was very quick to return calls. My tech Enrique meet with me & showed me the faulty parts & how they worked. Whenever he saw me there he was quick to let me know where he was at. Since I'm suing the girl who sold me this "very well maintained" vehicle...they boxed my old parts for me as evidence. That I'm in this X5 for $18k now, I'm keeping it....it's practically brand new!! New fuel pump & sensors, air suspension, fixed axle, new rims & tires, fuel gauge is fixed....I'm back to loving this car. Still things to be done, nothing major, & can be dealt with elsewhere... I'll be back....but hopefully not for a long time!
