Fidelity has been terrible to work with. It took me 5 days to get an appointment. My washing machine and dishwasher were broken. They came out on a Tuesday but failed to order the parts to fix the machines until Saturday! They then told me that they could come back the following Wednesday but I got a phone call telling me that the part they had ordered was broken! It is now 2 1/2 weeks later and I am still without a working washing machine and dishwasher and I have four little kids. Their customer service is awful. They were indifferent and rude on the phone. I would never use this company again.
