  • Horrible customer service. I am new to the area and was happy to see a dealership just two miles away from me. I called the Service Department this morning to make an appointment, no answer. I called about an hour later and finally was able to leave a message with a very nice lady. With no response, I called four hours later. Again, no answer, but was prompted to leave a message. Now three hours later I still have not heard back from anyone. I guess they just focus on selling cars and don't worry about servicing cars. Very unhappy!!!!
