  • First of all, let me say the girls who work in the studio are some of the nicest hair dressers you will ever meet. They are kind and courteous and very attentive to your needs regardless of who you are. However, I will not be back to them because I spent considerable time and money lightening my hair to something I did not want. I displayed pictures and said what I wanted and the hair stylist did her own thing and kept saying we can always do such and such next time. Well, you did not listen to me the first time so why would I come back next time? Listen to what your client wants THIS time. You will have a lot more repeat business that way.
