  • I personally would stay away from this company. They did our floors in our commercial building and it turned out horrible. They didn't clean the floors properly and there was hair, dirt and many things that were embedded into the epoxy finish. We called John multiple times to fix chipped areas and he didn't respond. I would give this company 0 stars if I could. John should have better customer service and fix the flaws he did. I am very disappointed with this company and will never use this contractor ever again. I saw the reply and they never "took care of it". We called multiple times for them to come fix the areas of concern and they never did. There was on spot that one of the contractors stepped on where there was a foot print..... but that is NOT the area we were concerned about. It was the rest of the mess they they did. If you truly want to make things right, contact me directly and make efforts to fix your mistakes.
