  • Food is good service is terrible. I phoned in an order for pick up 15min prior to showing up and the fries had not even been dropped yet, as I have a very limited amount of time for lunch as most people it did not leave time to even finish my food. I have not been to Rics in over a year because of prior service, but thought I would give them another try. Oh well, maybe I will try again next year.
